Baby clothes handcrafted with the emotions of a mother

8 STEPS FROM FARM TO FABRIC

All of our fabrics at KidzOrganic are made from 100 % pure cotton that has been hand-spun, hand-woven, dyed with eco-friendly colours, and hand-printed by our skilled artisans.

Step One

COTTON CULTIVATION

We work with a team of farmers to produce 100% cotton. No chemicals, pesticides, or fertilizers are used making it sustainable and perfect for tender baby skin. Raw cotton from the farm is collected at one place and bought at the place of manufacturing.

Step Two

ROVING

We have our in-house roving unit where only cotton roving is done, so as to not compromise on the cotton quality.

Step Three

SPINNING

This cotton fiber is spun on a wheel ("charkha") and is twisted at the same time to make it stronger by our trained spinners. (70% are women)

Step Four

WARPING

We provide warp to our expert weavers from our centralized warping unit, who weave this soft and skin-friendly fabric for babies.

Step Five

5. WEAVING

This cotton yarn is then weaved into a soft cotton fabric by our artisan weavers.

Step six

PROCESSING

We have our in-house processing unit where we use only natural eco-friendly colors and dyes. Making it safe for the babies and the environment too.

Step Seven

PRINTING

We then do all kinds of printing of our soft fabric with chemical-free colors to make them stylish, sensible, and sustainable.

Step Eight

STITCHING

We have our in-house stitching unit where we manufacture several pieces per month keeping the well-being and comfort of babies in our minds.
